Symbol Synthesis Mandala

2018 - I was delving deep into mandalas and my fascination for geometry was increasing exponentially.
This was an effort to awaken the knowleadge of geometry within and around me.
It certainly did so.
The base is a 2D representation of the flower of life mandala, which has the absoletly remarkable quality that within its geometry its inscribed the (2D) form of all 5 platonic solids.
I used pencil, compass and ruler to do all the calculations, and then inked it all free hand, no ruler, with micro markers.
